First call and a list of the repeated work

A 60-minute call with you and one person who actually does the work. We list every job that repeats and eats more than two hours a week, and mark which ones could be automated.

What people ask before they book

We're a small team. Is the audit worth it for us?

If you're 5 to 50 people and someone spends more than ten hours a week on repeated work, yes. Below that the audit is more process than the problem needs — which is what First Automation is for: one job, fixed price, no 30-day project. I'd rather point you there than sell you the bigger thing.

We're not technical. Can we still benefit?

The audit is built for people who aren't technical. You don't need to know what an API is. I do the technical part and hand you automations your team can run without writing code.

What about our data and security?

I sign an NDA before we start. Everything I build stays in your accounts — your Zapier, your Make, your AWS. I don't keep your data on my own servers unless you specifically ask me to host something.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

After the written report in week one or two, if I haven't found at least ten hours a week worth automating, you pay nothing — including for the first call and the time I put in. The bar is on me, not on you.

Do we have to keep paying every month afterwards?

No. The audit is one-time and complete on its own. Most people carry on because they can see what it's worth, but it's never required and I don't sell it during the audit.

We're outside the US. Does that matter?

I work remotely with people in any timezone that overlaps European working hours. Most of the work needs no meetings — we get on a call once or twice for the whole project.
