You sell it. I build it.

I'm the engineer agencies hand their automation and integration work to. Under your name, if that's how you want it.

Backend engineer, 20 years. Elixir, PostgreSQL, PHP, Stripe. The last five years on a multi-tenant e-commerce platform at PepsiCo — order flow, fulfilment, checkout, payments.

Based in Krakow, working in CET. You get one engineer, not an account manager. The person who writes the code is the person you talk to.

What I build

The work you sell but don't have engineers for

What you get

  • Integrations between systems that were never meant to talk to each other — ERP, CRM, helpdesk, warehouse, billing.
  • Automation of the manual work in between: reading email, classifying it, moving data, generating documents, triggering the next step.
  • LLM work where it belongs — classification, extraction, drafting — wired into a real system with error handling and retries, not a demo.
  • The jobs that start in Zapier or Make and stop being Zapier jobs the moment they need a real API, a queue, or a database.

Fixed price

Or an hourly rate — agreed before anything starts. You mark it up; that's yours, I don't ask about it and I never quote your client.

Guarantee

First job is fixed price. Small scope, agreed date. If I miss the date, you don't pay.

The terms, before you ask for them

How I work with agencies

How I work with you

  • Under your name or mine

White-label, or named subcontractor — your call. I speak to your client only in a channel where you are present.

  • I sign a non-solicit before we start

24 months, on any client you bring me. You don't have to ask for it.

  • First job is fixed price

Small scope, agreed date. If I miss the date, you don't pay.

  • You hear from me before you have to ask

A short update at the end of each working day, and a problem reaches you three days out, not on the deadline.

  • I tell you what I don't know

If a piece is outside what I've done before, you get that in writing with a time estimate, not a surprise in week three.

What I don't do

  • I don't approach your clients

Not during the work, and not after it.

  • I don't put your client's name in my portfolio

Who you brought me is not mine to publish.

  • I don't take work I can't finish

If it needs a team, I'll say so on the first call.
